Payment Issues

If your card transaction is not approved, first check your entered card information, usage environment, credit limit, or card suspension status. If the problem persists, contacting the customer service number on the back of your card is the most reliable solution.

Possible Causes

■ Incorrect card information
Input errors in card number, expiration date, security code, etc.
■ Credit limit exceeded
When the set credit limit has been reached.
■ Card temporarily suspended
When the card has been temporarily suspended by the card company due to suspected fraudulent use.
■ 3D Secure authentication not registered
When not registered for the personal authentication service for online transactions.
■ International or online payments not permitted
When international use or specific online payments are restricted by the card company.
■ Card or terminal malfunction
Possible malfunction of the card itself or payment terminal failure at physical stores.

Confirm that the card number, expiration date, and security code are entered correctly, and delete and re-enter the information if necessary.

3D Secure authentication is a service to strengthen security during online payments. The main causes and solutions when authentication fails are as follows:

● Incorrect authentication information
Please verify that there are no errors in the password or one-time passcode input.
● Contact your card issuer
If authentication fails, please call your card issuer and report that authentication is not working, along with the transaction amount and date/time. Some card companies may temporarily disable authentication to complete the payment.
● Corporate card restrictions
