Article 2 (Purpose of Use of Customer Information)
The Company uses the information obtained from customers for the following purposes:
  • to register for the Services, verify the customer’s identity, and authenticate the customer
  • to manage the customer’s usage history of the Services
  • to process payments for usage fees
  • to analyze the customer’s behavior history within the Services and improve the maintenance and quality of the Services
  • to deliver and display advertisements and to measure the effectiveness of advertisements
  • to provide information regarding the Services
  • to respond to customer inquiries
  • to address any violations of the Company’s terms or applicable laws
  • to notify the customer of changes to the Company’s terms
  • for other purposes related to the provision, maintenance, protection, and improvement of the Services
Article 3 (Measures Taken for Security Management)
Regarding the measures taken by the Company to manage the security of the information obtained from customers, if you contact us at the inquiry details listed at the end, we will respond individually in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company will not provide personal data (as defined under Article 16, Section 3 of the Personal Information Protection Law) obtained from customers to third parties, including those outside of Japan, without prior consent from the customer. However, the following exceptions apply:
  • when the handling of personal data is outsourced
  • if the Company or the Services are acquired
  • when jointly used with business partners (specific details of such joint use will be announced separately)
  • in other cases where legal provisions allow for the legitimate provision of data to third parties

Article 7 (Inquiries)
If you wish to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your information, please contact us through the inquiry form. In this case, we will verify the request by confirming your identity using methods such as presenting your driver’s license as specified by the Company. Please note that for disclosure requests, we charge a handling fee of 1,000 yen per request, regardless of whether or not disclosure is made.
