Products
We sell digital creative assets including color grading presets, LUTs, and editing plugins compatible with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Lightroom. All products are delivered as digital downloads — no physical goods are shipped.

Pricing & Taxes
Prices are shown on each product page in the currency selected on the site. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed before you complete your payment, and may vary depending on your country.

Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover), and additional payment options such as PayPal where available.
Depending on the payment option you choose, your order may be processed by Paddle, which acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for that transaction. In that case, Paddle is shown as the seller on your receipt and on your card statement.
Payment is charged in full at the time of purchase.

Delivery
Download links are provided immediately after payment is confirmed. You can re-access your downloads at any time from your order confirmation email.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason.

To request a refund, contact us at info@visualpark-shop.com with your order number. If your order was processed by Paddle, you can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net, or by using the link in your Paddle receipt email.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Where an order was processed by Paddle, refunds are handled in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy. Where your local consumer protection law grants you stronger or non-waivable rights, those rights always apply.
